Pricing FAQ
An agent run is one complete execution of an agent from start to finish. A run may include multiple LLM calls, tool invocations, and memory reads — all counted as a single run. Partial runs (e.g. cancelled mid-execution) do not count.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
On Starter, agents will stop executing once the monthly limit is reached. On Builder and Pro, you can enable overage billing at $0.005 per additional run, or we'll notify you to upgrade before runs stop.
Yes. Annual billing saves ~20%: Builder is $39/month (billed $468/year), Pro is $159/month (billed $1,908/year).
Diaflow is built with PDPA controls in mind. Our Singapore-region deployment option keeps data within SG. Enterprise customers can sign a formal Data Processing Agreement. We are working toward formal certifications and will announce them when complete.
Diaflow is LLM-provider agnostic. We support OpenAI (GPT-4o, GPT-4o-mini), Anthropic (Claude 3.5 Sonnet, Haiku), Google (Gemini 1.5 Pro/Flash), Mistral, and local models via Ollama. You bring your own API keys; Diaflow does not proxy or mark up LLM costs.
